I am a happily engaged mommy! My fiance is so supportive and my now 9 month old daughter is absolutely perfect and precious in every single way! I have been on this weight loss program since December 21st (the day after my baby was born) and have lost 70 pounds. I gained 72 during my pregnancy so, I am CLOSE to my pre pregnancy weight. I started at 303 pounds (Scary number...scary to read) and now I am currently 233. I haven't changed a lot in my diet other than portion control and stopping when I am truly full (that was the hardest thing to grasp). I still eat pizza, noodles, chips, cake etc. but, I don't enjoy it as much as I use to. I enjoy eating healthy and working out has become a passion. I have 91 pounds to go until I reach my goal weight and I plan to get there with my current support and support from new friends! 
Please feel free to add me. I log my food and exercise daily. I do alot of challenges. I am very supportive. I am motivational and motivated. I have the determination and comittment to continue and NEVER give up making my life so much better. Thanks for letting me introduce myself.

Hi Paige, I agree with you completely about portion control. Sometimes, it is so hard to stop even when I'm full. However, I love how good I feel after a smaller meal. Energetic and ready to go. Best wishes. Lindsay.0
