Newbie to everything

And I mean everything. When it comes to fitness and weight loss I am clueless. I would love friends as I need as much support as I can get and I'm sure I'm not the only one

I'm 26 and a mum to 3 boys, before my eldest was born almost 8 years ago I weighed 12.5st now after having my third who is 13months I now weigh over 17st and want to be back to my pre child weight.....I understand it's going to be a long process but with the results I'm hoping to get it will be worth it not only that I want a life style change not a 'diet'
