Idzo kettlebells

So I ordered a starter set of Idzo kettlebells with the intention of adding to my current work out.

We do straight legged deadlifts, overhead presses, dead lifts, squats, bench presses, good mornings, bent over rows, high pulls, pull ups & hammer curls, not in that order though :laugh: We do 5x3.

I wanted to start off light & use them on our off days (we go to the gym 3x/wk) but both my DH and I wanted to get more comfortable with them before we started swinging 'em around. I'm looking at some youtube videos right now and I think I've got it worked out. I got to practice the swing with a 25# kb this afternoon at my gym and it was fun, so, yay!

Anyone have any experience with this brand of kb?

I've been watching Neghar Fonooni videos too...are there any youtube videos you are partial to that you would recommend to a beginner?

My goals are to get some cardio & hopefully use these as an adjunct to my training. Any tips greatly appreciated.
