Lose 2 lbs/mo to lose 8 lbs by New Year's - Week 4: Sept 30 - Oct 6
Very Few Rules
1. A New Thread will be started every monday
2. Weigh Ins are at the start of the week. Or whenever you feel like If you want to report your weight 1 time per month - totally fine with that.

CW: 165 - 2.2 loss for the week

I am doing much better hovering around 1400 calories. May change my goal to .5lb per week instead of 1lb. so I can around that number.

It is so good to hear that you are having luck upping the calories.
in 2012 and 2011 I lost 30 lbs by eating only 1200-1400 per day (I am 5'7" and started at 200 lbs) I lost it all, but got "skinny fat" and gained it all back. now i am "eating more" and getting fit... it feels a lot better.

Well, ignore what I said last week - I'm an idiot, I have been averaging around 1700 a day. So I have now dropped to 1600 and will stick with that for 4 weeks. :bigsmile:0 -

I've just decided to do something similar to this. I only weigh in on the 1st of every month and eat at or under 2000cal/day. I'll still get in my activity but will just go by how I'm FEELING and how my clothes are fitting vs trying to go by just the number on the scale. :bigsmile: Feel free to add me, too!!!
