  • Healthy choices & exercise. Right now I'm doing 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. I cut out pasta, bread & junk. I basically eat egg whites, oatmeal, fruit, veggies, yogurt, smoothies, chicken, fish, water, water, water & more water lol if I want sweets I have frozen yogurt, sugar free pudding, fruit bars, granola with cranberries, rice cakes, protein drinks
