30's something runner seeking friends.

Hi everyone,
I've been on mfp in the past and have had success using it. I was very close to my goal at one point. But then life happened and I got distracted and subsequently I stopped logging and tracking. It's been about 4 or 5 months, and slowly but surely some of the weight has crept back on. But I'm feeling inspired and refocused these days, so I deleted my old account and started a new one. It feels great to be here again :). However one thing I never had previously were friends. I would really love the extra support and motivation. I enjoy running, so it would be cool to meet some other runners. But anyone can add me! I'm generally a positive person and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life...

    Feel free to add me - I run 3 days a week. There's also a great "Move Your *kitten* Challenge" each month - you can find it on the Fitness and Exercise Forum - lots of supportive folks on there as well

    Thanks for adding me! I just did the move your *kitten* challenge in September for the first time - it was interesting to see how many miles I actually walked & ran over the course of the month. You set your own goal. I'm sure there will be a new challenge starting for October.

    There are also some runner's groups & I've met some great people on there. I originally joined the C25K group (started that training in the spring) and am now in the Bridge to 10K and Long Distance Runners group (even though I'm just edging into long distance territory).
