New and need friends w/open diaries

Hi my name is Bambi and I am new to MFP. I am not new to dieting and losing weight. I want to do this the healthy way. No fad diets, no fasting/starving myself. Just nice healthy eating (lots of veggies and fruit).

I need motivated/supportive friends. People who are also trying to diet by doing it the "Right" way. Eating healthy. I also would like friends that share their food diarys so I can look and get some ideas of what to eat that maybe I am not thinking about. My food diary is open and I will be logging daily.

Thanks in advance for any one who would like to be my friend.

    I do have a history or starving myself etc'.. and now I'm trying to start over, the healthy way :)

    There is no right way, it's all about the calorie deficit.

    I lose weight on eggs and bacon and Taco Bell when I want haha.

    But it may not necessarily be the food you're looking for.
    While I do have a lot of home-cooked food and a lot of stuff that people consider "clean eating", I also enjoy my frozen pizza and snacks from time to time. I don't believe in cutting out large chunks of food items as "bad."
    Except caffeine which exacerbates and old heart condition.
    Everything in moderation!
  • Feel free to add me as well, I can make my diary open, but sometimes I try to put up the best thing that comes close and for that some of the nutritional value goes away or is a bit off.

    I also would love to share recipes, I have learned some great quick and easy stuff.

  • Would anyone also like me to open up a thread on low carb recipes? It would be good to share and know what people eat, especially if they're quick and you are cut on time.
