    Ok, so I am close. I guess will have to pick a higher number next challenge.
    However, I am doing major cardio 3x a week now, with appropriate effort, meaning....getting leaner and stronger.
    Plus this week took 174 from 176. These last 20 lbs are going to be a interesting challenge though.

    Oct. 6th = 3.2 Miles
    Oct. 10th = 3.3 Miles

    Total as of today : 33.8 Miles (54.4 Kilometers):smile:

    Had this bad ankle sprain which left me immobile for 4 boring days :ohwell:

    4.6 mi walk with the dog today. Since it's been a while, he was pooped by the third mile. Poor doggie.

    Hmm! I wonder how much walking I actually do when I play disc golf?! The park that I go to has a 9 hole course. There is another one that has 18 holes in town so maybe I should try to calculate it! The good thing about disc golf is that you are also bending and throwing (driving). I'm just restarting MFP so I'll stay with you and see how close I come! I do treadmill at intervals (3.0-3.5mph) for 25mins now 2 twice a week and play disc golf on the weekends.
