Mother of Three finally trying to loose the weight!!

Hello everyone...I joined this site about 20+ days ago not knowing how it was going to work for me. I never wanted to count calories because I thought it would take too much of my already limited time. When a good friend introduced me to this website I thought I would give it a try...what did I have to loose. I work full time and am raising three beautiful girls so taking care of myself is always a struggle. Since I am on the computer all day having this site right here is very helpful!!!! I have lost the weight I am supposed to each week and can't wait for the next weigh in. Any suggestions, hints, etc anyone has is more than welcome. Good luck to everyone trying to adapt to a new lifestyle because that is what this is...a change in life not a diet.
