Hi, I'm not new to 'dieting', but I am new to making healthy eating a lifestyle change. I have been vegetarian for over 10 years now, but my diet is far from nutritious (with soda being my worst enemy). I'm hoping to make some new friends to support me and share tips/advice with. I have an open diary and have been logging daily for nearly a month. I am curious to see how others eat with weight loss success, so an open diary would benefit me. = )

    I am quite sailing in the same boat...i have been vegetarian for the past one and a half years.... i am looking forward to improve my vegge eating lifestyle as well, may be we shall share stuffs that we come across that can help each other, so you can add me :)

    Hi, I've been part vegetarian for over 15 yrs. when I say part I don't eat chicken or red meat but do eat some fish, eggs and dairy.
    I was also in that phase of being very unhealthy and have made many changes to improve the way I eat. Lots of whole foods from various sources of protein, such as fish, beans, lentils, Greek yoghurt. I don't believe in boxed protein such as the soy burgers and products as they are extremely high in sodium. Also I eat lots of fruit and veg and various carbs such as quinoa, rice and muesli.

    I'm not logging this week however i do normally log everyday.
