looking for friends to share advice/tips with

Hi, I'm not new to 'dieting', but I am new to making healthy eating a lifestyle change. I have been vegetarian for over 10 years now, but my diet is far from nutritious (with soda being my worst enemy). I'm hoping to make some new friends to support me and share tips/advice with. I have an open diary and have been logging daily for nearly a month. I am curious to see how others eat with weight loss success, so an open diary would benefit me. = ) Thanks.
