Calf Pain

Hey all -
I worked out pretty hard this weekend and I think I tweaked my calf. It doesn't seem to be stretching out and it's painful enough to be limping a little bit until I get going. I haven't worked out since Saturday...
Does anyone have any tips? I never know when to ice or heat or both. I'm running a Tough Mudder in three weeks, so I have to get back out there!

Ibuprofin and heat. Also, stretch it out a few times / day0

Keep it warm and if you can get hold of a foam roller use it 3 times a day and you will see how quickly it will recover.0
