I took the pot pie idea and changed it to pizza because I was in the mood for pizza but not the calories. It turned out SO GOOD! I totally recommend these.

Here is a picture of the final product: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y29/princess1131/photo17.jpg

If I had divided the biscuit, each one would have been 90 calories. I didn't divide because I couldn't get it to divide  so each one had appx 130 calories. I had three of them, very filling for dinner, and it was 390 calories!

    Yummy!!!!
I used the biscuit ideas for breakfast... cook up some egg beaters, add some turkey bacon & some laughing cow cheese... 113 cals for 1

Here's where the ideas came from:

Just out of curiosity, which kind of biscuits did you use? I use Pillsbury dinner rolls, I also do not divide them, and they come out and up over the tin like pop-overs. Not that it is a bad thing.

I use Buehler's Buttermilk or Homestyle Biscuits.
It's the cheap kind... about .30 a can.
I think any "cheap" brand will be fine.

Joanna, yes I got the idea from you, so thank you so very much! They turned out very good.

I have a question though, how the freakin' heck do you divide the bisuits? I tried and it wouldn't divide. Each biscuit has 100 calories. I used the 100 calorie Pillsbury Buttermilk Golden Biscuits.

Am I using the right ones?

If you get the regular Pillsbury small ones... I buy the multi pack that has 4 tubes in one... they are 50 cal per biscuit and you don't have to divide or anything. I make the pizzas all the time for the kids.

Well howdydoo - thank you so much! I will try that. I have so many plans for the these biscuits it isn't even funny.

I'm thinking of making a taco something or other with them. Fill them with taco meat, top with fat free cheese, take them out, put a dab of sour cream and diced tomatoes on top!

    I'll do Joanna's breakfast.

I haven't tried the actual pot pie, but you better bet your booty I will.

Okay, i'm getting way too excited over the biscuits!

    PM is right.
It doesn't have to be Pillsbury brand. Just get the 50 calorie biscuits.
