Great October Challenge - NOT based on weight!!

Have as many Green Days per month as possible. You can eat back exercise calories (but you don't have to). Don't worry about macros -- only calories. You set the goal. This is not about weight on the scale. It is about holding to your food and exercise goals! "Short Link" http://tinyurl.com/mrd5gv6
Also you don't have to exercise everyday.. but most do 5 days a week because they like it so much.
It is NOT about the scale.
