More friends means more motivation

I have been doing well with MFP but with the last 10 pounts I want to really bump it up and need the motivation to get it done.

I'm 33 and live on the coast of North Carolina -- I try to eat as clean as possible but there are some meals that I sneak bread into just because I need a stinking sandwich. I work out 3-4 times a week (2 of those are with a trainer, the other on on my own accord.) I have a hard time eating 5 small meals a day, so any advice on that would be most welcomed. I have a hard time eating 1200 calories a day because I've become so hyper focused on not going over my calories that I tend to only eat 800-900/day - I need advice for that as well.
