Just read, that a good rule of thumb (formula) for how weight you can lose weekly - take your current weight and divide by 100 to get the weekly amount in pounds. I read this in the Chris Powell book.. Do you agree? Does this seem right?

I think it would probably have to assume a certain body fat % or some such. Regardless of weight, I'd guess a lean person is going to want to lose more slowly than someone with more body fat.0
