Small Introduction

Hi guys,


I'm Erin and pretty new to mfp. I initially only planned to use this site to log my foods but I would also like to join the community. I'm joining in the middle of my weight loss journey. Let's see...at my highest I was 194, I have never weighed that much in my life and I knew I needed to change.

I started Medifast in March and I lost 20lbs by May. While, I think Medifast is okay if you really need to shred weight quick, it's not really healthy. I did manage to keep the weight off, but I really want to be more active in my life and lose weight naturally.

With that being said, I will try my best to remain active here to promote healthy weight loss. Thanks!
