You can really see the progression you've made in the photos, even you as "The Blur". Great going on continuing to improve. Did you follow any plans to improve upon your times?

Not really. I just try to run five or six days a week. Two or three days of intervals, a couple of four or five miles and one or two distance runs on the weekend.0 -
