Hi! I've just sing up in this site because i want start with the right determination my new diet!
I'm going to descrive my self a little bit. I have an eating desorder (anorexia nervosa) and i'm trying to do my best to mantein my weight (or slowly gain weight) I weight 43,5 kg (sometimes 43) and i'm 167 cm tall. I work out every day like 1 hour at the gym, and i burn 400\450 kcal. Usually i eat two big meal a day, 1 big breakfast, and a normal dinner. But now i decided to make a new meal plan, because i want more energy and eat better.
My new meal plan :

Breakfast (5.30 am )
-150 gr of no fat yogurt
-50 gr of granola
-1 fruit
First Snak (8.30 am)
-1 slice of bread
-one tbs of marmelade or penaut butter, or something else
Lunch (11.30 am)
-2 slices of bread
-2 slices of cheese
Second Snack (2 pm) (and pre workout)
-fruit snack, or maybe 10\20 gr of dark chocolate, or 1 granola bar, or dry fruit
Third snack (5 pm)(and post work out)
-125 gr no fat yogurt, or 1 serving of cottage cheese, or a mixed salad (with lettuge, carrots, and onions)
Dinner (8 pm)
- a serving of fish, or vegen meat, or 2 egg
-1 serving of vegetables

This is an example of my meal plan, but i'm trying to eat more fruit, and eat carbs and protein, because i want more energy at the gym!

What do you think about it? Is too much? or less? LET ME KNOW!

Well first off I give you credit in acknowledging your ED and trying to work on it. Second, what does your doctor say? I do agree you should be eating more consistantly through out the day. You should be working with a doctor to workout an appropriate meal plan that incorporates proteins/fats and carbs at an appropriate calorie level. I did quick calculations and with your exercise you are not even getting 800-900 calories a day and that isn't going in the right direction.

Just a couple things you might want to consider.... First don't go with all the low fat, non-fat etc foods. Eat the real deal normal versions. This will help you get extra calories you need without the pressure of eating much more and you need more protein.

The best of luck to you.

If my calculations are right, your BMI is under 16. That is dangerously low, or at the very least, very unhealthy. I am not a doc, and can't give medical advice, but you say you want to maintain or gain, and the reality is, you probably need to gain. I personally do not believe that's enough food to help you get to a healthy weight. Why are you eating non-fat foods? Why does your treatment program think a meal plan is unimportant? Do they focus on intuitive eating? I don't think that works for people who are anorexic, because their intuition will always tell them to eat too little, but that's just my opinion. I wish you the best, and hope you will continue to work on your recovery!
