In order for anyone to offer constructive ideas, it would help if you make your diary public. You can change it back anytime, but for a little while leaving it open will help others help you. You can change it by going to settings (under food tab) and changing the diary sharing options to public at the bottom of the page. To make it private later, go through the same process, but change status to private.
If you are very close to a healthy weight, it may take a while for you to get results. As a waitress, do you have your activity level set to active? If you are really active but your activity level is set for sedentary, it would mean your calories are set too low, which could result in your body holding on to weight because it is in starvation mode.--Not saying this is what is going on, just one scenario, based upon incomplete info.0 -

morning!
I appreciate your feelings as I had a similar experience when I started. Are you drinking enough water? Also, are you consuming high fat or salty foods? This could be contributing to water retention which can cause weight gain. Also, try and refrain from caffeinated drinks and carbs in the evenings. This really helped me. It sounds as though you're active already but any extra activity to burn calories will add to your weight loss.
Above all, don't get disheartened; the scales are only 1 way of measuring how you're doing. How do you feel generally? More energised? Less tired? Do your clothes fit differently? It could be that you're losing weight but because fat weighs more than muscle you're not seeing a difference on the scales.
I wish you luck and will add that you're in the right place; there is so much great information and support on this site.

Its kind of hard to say without knowing more about you. If you're tall, then most likely the weight would be the in the usual places women store fat because they're women and that would require a more in depth answer. If you're shorter, they there are yet more questions to answer. How much water do you drink? What kinds of food are you eating, what exercise are you doing? Are you on any medication or birth control? Do you have any dietary restrictions?
Drinking a lot of water is always a good place to start. Eat your fiber (fresh fruits and veggies), make sure that your work out really challenges you. And if all else fails, plateaus happen and sometimes you just have to wait it out.0 -
I can appreciate completely how downheartening this can be to you but like many of the other people posting here have said we need a little more info to make an educated analysis of what some of the fundamental issue may be. Some things which come to mind include;
Your age
Height/ physical structure
What you're actually eating to make up the calories your eating
Amount of calories you're burning in work-outs
How long have you been dieting
Are you doing strenght workouts (muscle is heavier than fat!)
Are you taking medication............
Etc...etc.....
So many things can influence what you're experiencing but there is usually a good explanation when you have all the facts at hand. Most important thing is you don't lose heart and stick at it.0 -
I found for me that I was eating TOO little for those last stubborn 10 lb. So I upped it to 1450 calories and when I stick to it, it works. Keep going healthy.0
