Logging Challenges

Hey guys! I'm wondering how people log plank, squat etc challenges...I don't care about the calories but I want it to show up in my feed. Unfortunately strength training does not. I could use my HRM but I'm thinking I'm not worried about the extra 5-30 calories burned...maybe add it as cardio but show only 1 calorie burned? Help!
