Should you eat these additional calories or is it best to stay to the limit set by MFP?

If you're using the MFP method, you are meant to eat your calories back and net your goal. Be careful that you're not over estimating burn, through, if you eat them all back.0

I usually take a cut (say 70%), and eat those back. MFP has your deficit built in and widening it by not eating back your exercise calories can be detrimental in the long run.0

If you are using the MFP approach then the answer is yes you should be eating them back... I would recommended and heart rate monitor to get a better estimation of your calorie burns during steady state cardio.... Best of Luck0
