When to make a change

Ive been on MFP for 53 days. As of today I have lost 20 pounds. Yeah ... 2.66 pounds a week. I know thats too much.

At what point do I up my calories to try to bring that to a healthy pace?

Me:
42m, 6'0, moderatly active
HW: 254
SW: 247
CW: 227
GW: 200 (TBD)

Scoobys has my TDEE at 3250. FitBit measures it at 3129. Calculating it based off of actual weight loss is 3123.

MFP says its 2850 and set me at an 1850 net. I eat most/all of my exercise calories and the 'fitbit bonus'.

I know... 2.66 pounds a week... rough problem to have, right? I just want to be healthy. I am lifting 2 days a week, mountain biking 2 days (~1hr) and playing golf one day a week.

My current net is 1850. I am not usually hungry and dont make many sacrifices.

Would you change my net, if so, to what, and when?

Thanks!

I would keep your net at the same place for a while longer. Your actual burn rate will drop as you lose weight. Raising it will slow your weight loss. Just be sure that you are recalculating your average burn every 5-10 lbs of loss. Using the "actual weight loss" method you mentioned is far superior IMO to any of the online calculators.
