Bumping to read later. I suck at groups. I never remember that I'm in them. I'd be all for eating pizza every day, though. I had it for lunch and dinner yesterday. :drinker:

I'll watch that group for results, it seems like an interesting experiment!

I too eat pizza occasionally. It's just hard to fit into my macros and daily intake very often. A personal pan (6") chicken supreme from Pizza Hut is my favorite, and I think I'll have one tomorrow in your honor.

Great challenge! I am joining the group to support other pizza lovers. I no longer want to lose any weight but did so last fall while eating tons of pizza (and hitting my calorie and macro targets).

I'm in. I don't eat pizza every day, but I do have Starbucks and/or chocolate nearly every day. I'm not in peak physical condition yet, but I daresay I'm getting there.

I also joined for the pizza pictures. Om nom nom.

I am about to eat some pepperoni pizza right now to kick off day one of the challenge. I hope you all have a great October and find pizza as helpful as I do in achieving your health and fitness goals!

I'm about to walk 2 miles each way to my local pizza hut. I'll get myself that 6" personal pan chicken supreme I was dreaming of last night. I'll net fewer calories doing this than I would making myself a sandwich downstairs :)

cool challenge! I just wish I could do it every day. best of luck

although i'm doing a "pizza every day for a month while losing weight" challenge, really the whole point of the group is to demonstrate to others that you can enjoy so-called "bad" or "unhealthy" foods every day while losing weight. it's perfectly valid to go in there and do an "ice cream every day for two weeks" challenge for yourself (for example). we're simply demonstrating how to fit these foods into our macros (IIFYM) so others can see... it's also kind of fun to challenge yourself to do this and stick to it and still lose weight. and you get to EAT ALL THE FOODZ!

Well it would be too hard for me to eat a slice of pizza every day because im too lazy to go out and get that food item every day, however, i do get your point.

for me, i do include food that i really want whateve that is. Im enjoying myself! no drudgery. i refuse to eat tofu, plain poached chicken, boring tasteless food, etc.

This is the most fantastic challenge I've seen on MFP! I'm going to watch and see what happens!

I get it and I think it's a great idea. I just can't fit that much pizza into my meal plan every day and still get 150g+ of protein. I have a very specific short-term goal that requires me to lose 13 lbs of fat in the next 5 weeks. If not for that I would be happy to join in the pizza every day effort and still lose 1-2 lbs per week. Do it again early next year and I'm in :)

Hmmm, I would eat pizza every day if I could afford it. However I totally believe in eating in moderation, grilled cheese for lunch for me!

I would totally do pizza every day, but I don't think the husband would go for it. However, we do have pizza at least once a week, if not more. I have still been losing weight so I am all for your challenge. Good luck!

I'd join you, but I don't like piazza that well. Besides, the only kind I can eat is without cheese because I'm lactose intolerant and don't even like cheese.

Maybe the pizza everyday is for the young uns LOL.. maybe when we're young our bodies can eat anything, is that it?

Love this idea! I actually ate pizza both days this weekend (was home alone and wanted a treat!) and managed to fit it into my day without going over.

Might save something like this for a holiday period, and mix it up with different styles of pizza and different meals of the day (mmmm, dessert pizza  )

Nah, I'm almost 45 (not old, but hardly a young 'un haha) and I'm in it. You don't have to eat a whole pizza everyday, just a slice, or be like me and have ice cream everyday.:drinker: It's all in the planning. You could totally do it. :flowerforyou:

i'm almost 46 and 1 pizza slice a day is easy to fit in my macros. anyone can do it. in fact, trying to fit treats into your daily intake is probably better overall than avoiding foods because it forces anyone doing so to focus on their macros and make sure the rest of their foods are well-suited for rounding out their day. that's what i think anyway...
