Hi people,
I have tried in small fits and starts over the last few years to get into a healthy routine, eating well and increasing my level of activity sufficiently to shed the pounds. Now at 320 lbs, I can't keep on this path of giving up.
This is a trememdous site and I am determined to use it to my advantage.
I am historically one of those people who do really well for a couple of week then lose touch with what I am aiming for, then lose motivation and stop. A few months later I am left asking myself, where would I be if I had carried on !!
So here is my shout out to fellow MFP members for anyone who would like to help keep me motivated if they don't see me posting my dailly food diary etc. I really do need a kick up the backside.
I'm now 37 years old and will not accept adding anymore weight.
All fried requests accepted. Thanks in advance, Matt

Hey Matt!
Congratulations on returning to your journey! It's an amazing thing to do.
I'm here for the 1st time trying to change my habits and get rid of some weight I gained when my dad died so I'm happy to join you in the journey  xo0 -
Make this the first day of your lifestyle change and tomorrow the next day of your lifestyle change and so on , in other words take a day at a time . Good luck we can do this !!.0
