Desperately Need Support

Okay, I have totally fallen off the train and need some pick me up. I was a total workout freak and eating healthy and then in July my 80 dog jumped up on my foot and pulled it downwards. You don't know my previous bone history, but needless to say I was in a wheelchair unable to walk for 3 months with ankle and feet surgery. So I was doing good until July. Now I have ankle swelling again in right foot. Need to figure out how to get walking as part of my fitness routine when it is swelling at work when I stand most of the day. When I am not exercising I am not focused on my eating..Wow that is a lot. Any suggestions?:cry:
