...like it's deflated. I have been exercising regularly since I changed my habits. I know I am stronger. I know my endurance level is higher. My waist is very defined, but the "mommy apron" has gotten worse! (looks worse). Also I feel like my legs are really flabby, even though I know they are stronger, it must be the loose skin? I guess when I was 238 pounds I was solid- tight as a tick on a dog......
Any chance that will all change with time? I'm 40 years old and have been overweight pretty much my whole adult life.
Also, when trying on new clothes, my belly flab is in the way, especially in jeans.
