30 Day Shred Daily??

I just started 30DS today & was planning on doing Mon - Fri. There is a lot of strength training in there with weights. I know that when lifting weights you are supposed to rest muscles 48 hrs, so if I work my arms on Mon, I should wait until Wed to work those same muscles. Would the same principle apply with 30DS? Should I do it every other day instead of 5 days in a row?

    I've done the same workout for 6 days with one rest I did find though that it was monotonous by the time I did it the 4th time, so I switched it up with the levels especially between level 1 and 2. All the levels are different so you won't find the same workout really. Level two is more plank stuff and a little more intense cardio.

    You could do it that way or you could switch it up with another one of her shred workouts or a more cardio one. Hope that helps.
