Just looking to add some friends on here to keep me motivated and steal some ideas. Whether it's what you're eating to how you're dieting and exercising. I'm 26. Wanting to lose roughly 20 lbs. Already, I've lost some weight from my college and high school days, and can probably I'm the healthiest I've been my entire life, but I know I can do better. I've been at a huge standstill with my weight and exercise routine, but I'm ready for further results! I want that fit body everyone strives for. I'm striving for it. I'm mentally ready, and with the help of this application it'll just keep me motivated for more progress from myself. So join me and we can help each other!
