I have started 30 days of 100 squats per day.. Now I have a question, do I have to do 100 squats at a go or I can do like sets of 25 four times? This is my first time doing any kind of challenge, so please help..:embarassed:

What is your normal workout routine? Challenges are just that. A challenge on the side. It's not a template to follow on its own.0

i assume you're doing this for the first time, and don't squat much? break it into sets. make sure you go deep with each squat (below parallel). stop as soon as your form breaks down.0
