Muscle Gaining

How long does it take to put on 20 pounds of lean muscle ( assuming diet & adequate protein is taken all along ) .

I think on average you can gain about 2lbs of pure muscle a month, but some people have good genetics and some people have bad genetics so they can eather gain a bit more or less. The more years under your belt the harder it is to gain, i'd be happy gaining 10lbs of muscle this year.0

I would say 2 years at least and if you're blessed with good genetics too.. ... Everything has to be in check btw... nutrition, training, rest.. Good luck0

Thanks for the input guys,2 or 3 years is good..and 2 lbs per months seems good enuf0
