So frustrated and annoyed with myself!

Hi all,
At the start of the year I was determined to lose weight. By the end of July I'd lost 14 pounds which I was really happy with, over the summer I took my eye of the weight loss and put on a couple of pound. I decided not to beat myself up about it and get back on the fit pal etc! I have been counting calories and exercising a lot for a couple of weeks. I weighed my self this morning and I've gained 3 pound, gutted is an understatement!!
