Need help with exercise!

I just read a few posts an got oh so scared.
Thing is, I'm 5"6.5', and atm I weigh 223.7lb. I wanna go down to 132lb or so, but oh the horror - I reeeeally don't wanna deal with loose skin! that would be horrifying!
I was hoping perhaps someone here could recommend what kind of exercise I should do while losing weight so I don't get flabs when I'm at my goal? I saw a lt of people here who went from high to low and look wonderful, and I will do -anything- to get there too! (yes, I will lift if I need to.. well, I do.. wanna have a nicely shaped butt and boobs butt yeah you get me)
I have a gym I can use in my free time (kinda) in school, we have treadmills, ellipticals, weighs and dumbbells from 2kg to 20 or so I believe, and some other equipment. Any recommendations?
I am also worried about stretch marks, because I do have them and I wanna get rid of them..

you are young, if you lose weight slowly lose skin shouldn't be a problem0

hi there! i believe if you do it slow, not too fast, the loose skin thing shouldn't be an issue. also, whatever you do DO NOT do just cardio! lift weights AND cardio. you'll look even more fab in no time!

Take your time losing with a reasonable small deficit, exercise to stay active, strong and fit and you'll likely be fine.
If you want to stay "toned" during your loss - find any, yes any, resistance based program and stick to it. It's not the program, it's you and your persistence that will make it successful. Search here for Stronglifts, NROWLFW, Starting Strength as possible programs.
Exercise choice really depends on what you enjoy and what you will stick to.

I got up to 220 and I am 5'6". I never had loose skin I think thats more for people clearing their 250s or more.0
