so yesterday i went to a boxing class which i havent been to for a very long time becasue i usually work when its on, but, it was a public holiday.
So at the end when we were finishing up, the trainer introduced tabata to us. I read about it before and i knew people said it was tough.
and MY GOD WAS IT TOUGH!
you do 20 seconds intense work and 10 seconds rest up to 4 -8 minutes (we did 4 minutes and it wrecked me). definiately going to introduce this in the next few months

I am going to try this at my next Zumba class since the instructor is starting it. Sounds kinda exciting to add something new to the mix.0
