I am under a lot of stress at the moment and it is really taking a toll on me mentally and physically. I was just curios as to what everyone does as stress relief.

Any and all helps and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

I personally find running and weight lifting to be huge stress relievers. It's hard to stress over anything when you are lost in the rhythm of a long run or struggling to get that last rep. Exercise forces you to focus on the moment, which can help me get some distance from whatever is bothering me. Massages are also awesome sauce.

Before, I turned to food. Now I do these things:

Workout. Tougher workouts are better for me because I'm so tired, I can't think about what's stressing me! (:
Watch gaming streams on Twitch. There's something comforting about hearing a voice talk to you (the streamer) and not have to worry about answering back.
Also, the more common read or play video games. They have always been comforting to me.

I think the important thing, though, is to do something. Keeping busy helps a lot - just make it a soothing activity.

It depends on why you're stressed, but running and yoga definitely help me. However, sometimes you need to get to the root of your stress (or figure out what it is, if you're not sure) and work from there... If you have a school or work assignment that is stressing you out, do what you can to get some or all of it finished; if it's money maybe try to set up a budget so you're paying for your necessities first and your leisure things and activities second. You get it :)

Exercise! I like walking outside and getting some fresh air somewhere with trees and birds.
