    Here I am again, failed last month to top 100 miles which is worst record sine June 2012. I am waiting to see a consultant to agree treatment for my arthritic hips but need to try to up the distances.

    I'm keen to join as I have signed up for a penguin waddle next year which means over 100kms along beach and rocks over 6 days. Need to get some beach and rock practise in if I am going to survive that!
