My diet was starting to get off track again, even though I started jogging more, I started adding more pounds. This is just my first week of really watching my food intake again and I'm amazed at some of the stuff I started eating again, that made me gain weight to begin with. I'm starting to realize that diet really is the biggest part of any workout program. You can't run 2 mi., then eat a piece of cake and expect to stay lean. I wish I could though, lol. I going to shoot for 10 lbs in 2 weeks, add more cardio and switch to supersets to try and keep heartrate up. We'll see what happens.
