I'm in Week 6 of C25K and I have been thinking about getting the Zombies, Run! app.
Can anyone tell me, with Zombies, Run! do I have to start from Week 1 all over again? Can I start the story / training at week 6 where I've left off?

Yeah! You can definitely just start back where you were at!
I recommend getting the zombies, run! App. It is really fun! Just make sure to be careful where you're running, if you're running outside, so you don't run out into the middle of the road or something. I, personally, get slightly *cough cough* very into the running and tend to go to the middle of the road. That's my only warning ;) Other than that, just have fun!

Zombies, Run isn't really a progression app like C25K is. It is not out to train you for a certain distance, It's more or less time focused with a story. Like you can toggle between 30 minute or hour long stories, it tracks your distance but doesn't really care. It doesn't matter if you are week 1 or week 21, it never holds you to a distance, it's more like do what you can in this time frame.

I'm not sure why you would want to skip weeks either though because its all a story line that builds each mission you run so if you skip a week then you are missing out on the storyline.

Edit: Crap, forgot that they came out with the 5k/10k training ones versions. I was talking about the full app, never tried one of the race ones they recently came out with.

I tried this for the first time this morning. 5am. Foggy/misty. Creepy run. I scare SO easy. It was AWESOME! Although, I found that I ran TOO fast and ran out of steam.
I wasn't planning on starting at Week 6 in the 'game'. Just wondering if there was a way to set intervals. I didn't know about the 5km/10km addon. That might work out well.
It doesn't matter either way. It was alot of fun. I think I'll stick with my C25K program and throw this in for fun.
    Thanks for the input!
