Alternative Diet Assessment?

Hey guys!

I just wanted to share this link for anyone who is not seeing many results from MFPs recommendations. I know some people laugh at WebMD because putting in symptoms for sicknesses can come up with almost any disease, but this assessment has already helped me lose 1 lbs. this last week.

http://www.webmd.com/diet/diet-health-check/default.htm

When I was going by MFP I only lost 2lbs. since I started (around June) because eating my calories back from exercise put me at a maintaining weight deficit, I admit I have been inconsistent with keeping up with my exercising (as a college student I'm stuck on my butt all day and rarely get time to make healthy meals) so I decided a lower calorie deficit will work along with a strong effort to eat only healthy/clean foods and this gave me a detailed plan and tips to achieve this.

My info:
5'2", 133 lbs.

Goal Weight:
115-120 lbs.

Current MFP recommendations to lose 1.5lbs. a week:
1,200 calories a day (around 700 net calories - I usually stay in range or under after no longer eating back calories), 200 calories burned a day (I usually burn 350-400), working out 4 days a week for 40 minutes

WebMD Recommendations to lose up to 24 lbs. in 3 months:
Calorie deficit: 933
Calories burned a day: 477
Projected weight loss: 1.5+ lbs. a week

As you can see what I set my goals to are a bit extreme but with my low BMR and in pretty good health I am doing well on this plan and I actually feel better and less weighed down from too much food, sometimes I'd have to force myself to eat just to achieve 1,200 calories. So my plan obviously is not for everyone but were all going to answer the questions differently and get individual plans, I hope this can help anyone looking for an alternative diet plan or maybe a way to mix the two together :)

Also another member VixenInTraining just posted this link but I want to re-share in case anyone missed it:
