Goals and Rewards

I was wondering what everyone's "milestone" goals are and if there was a reward tied to them (aside from being healthy and feeling great about oneself). I should reach a 10 lbs lose this week. I never set a goal for it but was thinking about a 20 lb lose goal. I am thinking a trip to the salon and maybe a Rocky Mountain Candy apple. I know it may be frowned upon to have a food reward but I have been craving one and told myself not until I reach a goal. Right now my ultimate goal would be 50 lbs and I know that would basically require a new wardrobe but I have not thought of any other rewards along the way.

A makeover is definitely in my future. I'm not sure what goal I'll set it towards, but I'm going to need one and shed my old look. :)

I guess my reward currently has been digging out the back of my closet and finding old clothes I can wear again. It's sort of almost like buying a new wardrobe. And it's been so satisfying to pull out old favourites that fit nicely again.

If I reach my ultimate goal of 140lbs, hubby and I have agreed on a new wedding ring set as the reward.

Can't believe more people haven't posted on this~!

I'm at 172.8 at the moment...

160 lbs - get my nails done

150 lbs - belly button piercing

140 lbs (ultimate goal) - tattoo

Back when I was 222 lbs the list was muuuuuch much longer... it's nice to see I only have 3 goal weights left to achieve instead of like 7..or whatever I used to have.

My ultimate goal is to go to the Grand Canyon. Walk up and down.. I'll need to be at least 20 pounds lighter and committed to a training plan.

I know that's not a 'weight loss' goal - but when I accomplish this, I'll know I'm doing well.

My short term goal is to wear my size 14 then my size 12 clothes that seem so small compared to my now tight size 16.

(I had maintained a 80 # loss for several years and was pretty fit, last year I gained about 25 pounds) I miss those cute clothes!
