Seeing the positive

I've been having a pretty crap few weeks, dealing with my husband who suffers from severe depression, money issues, work issues and trying (unsuccessfully) to prepare for a difficult exam next week. This week especially the eating has been a bit all over the place (doesn't help it was DHs birthday and AF is visiting!) and exercise has been put on the back burner.....

However...

I went shopping last weekend for a new dress for DHs birthday dinner.....

I only went and fit into a UK size 14!!! That's 5 (at least) dress sizes dropped.

I thought it was time for a side by side comparison pic to cheer me up and below are the results.

Sometimes when you're having a tough time it's good to see how far you've come....

The photos are both from late October/early November last year. I've dropped around 67lbs since then (I'm guessing more as I didn't know my exact weight when I started).
