Tuna salsa salad!! 142 cal meal!

Tuna salsa salad- 142 cal, gets rid of tuna's "fishy" taste..
- 1 small can tuna in water
- 4 tbs salsa
- 4 cups iceberg lettuce
- Any other veggies!! (be creative)
Just had this it was good!!

    I'll take.... 8 of em. That would be enough for dinner.

    I hope that you are suggesting this as a high protein snack rather than a meal. That isn't nearly enough calories for that.

    For me I'm not used to eating big meals, I like to have a salad as a small meal, then a few of hours latter add an small entree, this helps me not to overeat.

    bumping for food inspiration. Sometimes I mess up so badly all I've got left for dinner is 200 cals. :D
