No scale - help lowering calories

I usually get weighed once a month at the doctor. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have been unable to get to the doctor's for a weigh in for two months at least. What would be a sensible way of lowering my calories until I can see her?

Just make sure you are eating at a deficit.

You can measure your body (waist, hip and wrist) and log these measurements here at your MFP account. I found body measurements a better metric than a scale to monitor progress or lack there of

My calories dropped about 50 calories for ten pounds. If you feel you lost about that much just eat 50 calories less a day.0
