Power Pak

I work out five days a week of strength training with lots of poundage and exercises for each muscle group. And so far losing the weight and body fat%. However, I was invited to participate in Power Pak once or twice a week, my non leg days. has anyone done this and does anyone think it is a good supplement to my weight lifting? I do a power walk on weekends for about 45 minutes to get my cardio in but would stop if I did the power pak. Any thoughts on this?
