Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am using a total gym for my main exercise program. Does anyone know how to convert the time and exercises I do on it into the calories I burn?

i would like to know aswell i go to gym everyday for an ur 10mins and do some cardio , then machine and bar, dumbell weights you can add the sets and weights you do , but does not give you the calories you have burned.0

I use a heart rate monitor with chest band to work out my calories burned, apparently its one of the more accurate ways to do this.0

I put it under cardio for circuit training (i do it as circuit training - straight from one set to the next, next, next without breaks) and enter the time. If I work out with my hubby, i do jumping jacks while he does his set so i still keep the cardio up. Otherwise, you can add "strength training" as a cardio activity with the time.0
