Hi fitnesspal friends!!! I'm about 2 weeks into this website and everyday I'm finding new things on here! So far I've lost 10 pounds but since I lost it before i joined the site, I am only counting from now and what I want to lose from here on out.
I just wanted to let you Chicagoans know that I teach Zumba twice a week on the north side of Chicago. If you are reading this, live in the Chicagoland area, and are looking for new ways to exercise, try Zumba! It's a latin-based aerobics class that makes you want to move your body and shake your groove thing like nobody's business!! My moves are easy to follow and super duper fun!
Zumba has changed my life and if I didn't have it I wouldn't be on this site wanting to lose the weight and wouldn't be here wanting to share my love for it with you all!! If you are interested, please check out my site at:
