    Congratulations on quitting. I know what a demon that is. :) You should be proud of the heatlh changes you are making and succeeding with in your life. You look beautiful and I love your hair!!

    Thank you. I must say quiting smoking was easier than loosing weight lol

    You know you can live your life without another smoke again.

    Sometimes it just seems easier when you can walk away from something and you never have to do it to live.

    Food is just not that way, and temptation is everywhere.
