Hi could some kind person explain what BMR TDEE means in easy terms:huh: I've did a search and the penny will still not drop.
Age 43 F
Height 5ft 1"
Weight 11st 11lb, 165lbs
I don't do any exercise at the moment but work as a cleaner so quite active.
MFP has set me at 1200 calories per day which I do mange with but I'm not loosing the weight.
MFP se to loose 2lbs per week.
