    Way to go on taking that first step Jen.
    I am new to MFP as well but love the way it works and how simple it is.
    Wish I had found this a while back but enjoy the progress updates and the small encouragements each time you close off a day.

    Welcome! You'll find tons of inspiring stories in the forums. What works is different for everyone but personally for me, logging everything, no matter what has helped me a lot. I plan for indulgences and work my calories around it. I make exercise a priority because I believe it's made a huge difference in my body composition and it makes me feel like SuperWoman!
