This Morning's Workout...Kicked my butt!

About a month ago, I trasitioned from working out 1 on 1 with a trainer to working out in a small group 3 days/wk with the trainer at 5:30am. Today, our workout was: 7 burpees, 14 KB goblet squats, 21 KB swings. We were supposed to do as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes. I was able to get in 6. For a kicker, she asked me to take my chest all the way to the floor on my burpees. Yeah, that didn't happen. It has been a long time since I felt SO frustrated by a workout. It kicked my butt the whole time. I tried, and I showed up, and that all counts...I just wished that I could have rocked it a bit harder. Sigh...on to the rest of my day.
